Payment Terms and Conditions

This site is to be used solely for the purpose of paying a Cobb & Douglas Public Health, Center for Environmental Health service fee. The balance must be paid in full to complete an online transaction. If there are questions about the balance due or if you are a new facility owner, please contact the appropriate county's Environmental Health office (Cobb: 770-435-7815 / Douglas: 770-920-7310) before attempting an online payment.

To complete the payment process, the facility's invoice number is required. The invoice number can be found on the return payment slip located at the bottom of the invoice issued by our department. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and E-Checks are accepted forms of online payment. Credit card transactions will include a non-refundable 3% convenience fee, assessed in accordance with OCGA 13-1-15. E-Checks do not include a convenience fee.

Once a payment is completed, you will be redirected back to this screen. Please do not attempt to pay a balance on the same permit number more than once per day as it may result in duplicate charges on your selected form of payment. If you feel that your payment did not complete, please wait one business day to see if it has been reflected on your facility's account, or contact your credit card customer service or bank to confirm the transaction before attempting to pay a second time on the same permit. Payments will be credited at 7:30 AM (EST) the following day.
